I can corroborate the activity at the location noted in this video from James C Fox. My entire life I have driven the “back roads” of Baldwin County to the beach. I know County Roads 65 and 12 like the back of my hand.
When I was home a few weeks ago I drove that route several times and noticed the facility in this video. More >
